Stimulate Your Skin with Dermastamp – Collagen Induction Therapy
Dermaroller, engineered in 2000, was a small handheld roller clinically proven to induce collagen and reduce scarring.
The technology has now evolved into a vibrational stamping device called Dermastamp, which increases skin stimulation and takes standard skin needling to a new level. The Dermastamp uses very fine needles to vertically penetrate the skin, creating micro infusion channels. Hyaluronic acid and collagen-stimulating ingredients are then inserted into these channels, rejuvenating the skin and encouraging tissue production at a deep level.
This is unlike any heat based technology as there is no skin burning and skin coagulation. The side effects are dramatically reduced and the risk, almost zero.
Skin damage and imperfections can lower confidence levels for many men and can be hard to treat with a good skincare routine alone. To improve the skin, Dermastamp can perform:
Our therapists will clean and sterilize your skin in preparation for the treatment. They will apply a local anaesthetic numbing cream to make the procedure comfortable.
The treatment will begin, with the Dermastamp gliding over your skin creating stimulating channels. The treatment usually takes around one hour in total.
The inflammatory reaction of the skin is short and fades significantly within hours from redness to pinkish that may last from 12 to 24 hours on average. A flushed look can last usually around 48 hours.
You will see results quickly, however collagen production will increase from around the 6 week mark. Your skin will continue to improve over the next 6-12 months.
Yes, but the mechanism of action of a Fractional Laser is totally different. The laser beam sets a burn wound that results in necrosis. The treatment can be relatively painful. We call this type of treatment an ablative treatment. The Dermastamp does not use heat and therefore it only builds up the skin. Therefore we refer to this type of technology as a constructive device.
In contrast to all ablative techniques like Lasers and Fractional Laser treatments, the Dermastamp stimulates new tissue formation – it acts constructively and the skin remains intact. The skin does not get damaged (unlike other needling devices) and therefore will not go into a wound healing response. The Dermastamp significantly improves skin texture.
During DermaStamp a thin needle is inserted into the skin.
In the months following the DermaStamp treatment, the epidermis becomes thicker.

As often as required, for Collagen Induction Therapy we recommend starting with 3 treatments, but with a minimum separation time of 6 to 8 weeks between treatments. Dermastamp can be used on all skin parts of the body (neck, décolleté, arms, legs, etc).
Since we are not using heat, yes the Dermastamp can be used on any skin colour and skin type.
Nothing too stimulating! You must avoid AHA’s, retinol (vitamin A) or anything acidic or ‘active’ for a minimum of 2 days.
Only use a soothing cleanser to clean, hyaluronic acid to help hydrate as your skin will become very dry. Copper + Zinc to help heal and protect.
Dermastamp recommends their homecare Dermaroller system to help stimulate the skin and help penetrate ingredients deeper into it. Use every second day or even just up to once a week to see results.
It improves the thickness of the dermis as well as the epidermis. This in return improves skin texture and reduces wrinkles. It also has a positive effect on hyper-pigmentation as well as on hypo-pigmentation, stimulates new collagen fibres, improves the blood supply and harmonises pigmentation.
There are virtually no negative side effects, and none have ever been reported in over 150,000 procedures performed worldwide.
Since the tiny pricking channels close within minutes, and provided the procedure is done under clinical conditions, post-op infections are very unlikely.
The Dermaroller homecare is used for two main functions; one to stimulate the top layer of the skin – the epidermis. Over time the epidermis will increase in thickness, decreasing the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles. Although proven to stimulate deep tissue, the results are not as quick as a deeper medical treatment. And two, to help deliver more skincare product deeper into more viable layers of the skin. The homecare roller is painless.
